Ingredients:
- 14 oz can lite coconut milk
- 6 T chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Stevia to taste
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
Preparation:
- Whisk together the milk, chia, coconut, vanilla and stevia. Divide into 3 small Mason jars.
- Refrigerate for 45 minutes or overnight. Top with mango and serve.
