Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp lime juice powder
- 1/4 tsp citric acid
- 1 scoop stevia
- 1/4 tsp salt (~1,000 mg sodium)
- 1/8 tsp potassium chloride powder (~200 mg potassium)
- 60 mg magnesium malate powder (or separate magnesium supplement)
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to small container.
- When ready, mix with 16 to 32 oz of water to taste.
