Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 T sour milk (add some vinegar, sour cream, or plain yogurt)
- chopped walnuts
Preparation: Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and add to wet ingredients.
Bake in greased bread pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
