Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- salt & pepper
- garlic salt
- parsley flakes
Preparation: Dip potatoes in oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and parsley. Place in foil-lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned.
